Prior to joining YSC in 2008, Tony worked for a US-based global human resource consultancy. Tony was a key contributor for the Northeast Leadership Development and Executive Assessment practices. He has extensive experience working with management professionals at all levels, from front-line supervisors to C-suite executives. His experience with Fortune 100 organizations includes delivering large assessment & development centers, assessing leaders for selection and development, 360° feedback, large-scale leadership development initiatives, change management and working with mergers and acquisitions. Tony has also held the internal roles of Director of Organizational Training and Development and Vice President of Human Resources for two US companies. He is particularly interested in creativity and innovation, emotional intelligence and organizational culture.
