Tessa won a scholarship at Queen’s, Belfast and went on to successfully complete her Masters in Occupational Psychology. Tessa began her career in consulting, working with blue chip clients on their communications, internal branding and change programs. Tessa spent five years in the aviation industry in employee engagement and learning and development roles, ultimately leading the talent agenda. She went on to head up talent and management development for a facilities management company with responsibilities for performance, talent and leadership development for some 48,000 people. Tessa joined YSC in 2010 and has special interests in strategic succession planning and developing individuals with high potential.
