Based in Mexico City, Steve spearheads YSC’s business in Mexico. He has significant international experience of HR strategy and leadership development, acquired in a number of senior level HR roles in the financial services sector. He uses his expertise to help a broad range of clients build individual and organisational capability.
Prior to joining YSC , Steve was Chief Learning Officer (Latin America) for one of the world’s largest global financial services organisations. His previous roles have spanned Talent Management, HR Transformation, Learning, Resourcing and Leadership Development. He has lived and worked in three continents and brings a truly global view, as well as insights into the unique opportunities and challenges of doing business in emerging markets.
Steve holds a bachelors degree in Management Studies and a post graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds, UK. He is also a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
