Rob is currently the general manager for the New York Office and the Northeast Team in
the US. Prior assuming this role, he managed the YSC Executive Coaching practice for the Americas region, where he built the practice in support of clients across North and South America. Prior to joining YSC in 2007, Rob began his career as an infantry officer in the United States Army where he spent twelve years leading teams and staffs around the world. In his last role with the Army, Rob spent four years at the United States Military Academy, West Point, where he implemented leadership development programs, taught leadership and ethics to future Army leaders, and conducted development and training for various organizations in the social, governmental, and for-profit sectors. Rob has worked with clients in many sectors of industry, including entertainment (music and films), financial services, FMCG, media, travel and leisure, and the public sector. His areas of expertise are in leadership selection and development, team development, and planned organization change. His goal is to help clients find practical solutions to real issues so they can compete and win.
