Niloofar is a Senior Consultant in YSC’s San Francisco office. Prior to YSC, Niloofar worked with Dell where she was a Learning and Development Consultant in the Global Talent Management Team in HR’s Center of Excellence. Her work included design and delivery of standardized and integrated talent management processes and programs that were delivered to 100K employees globally. They included employee engagement, performance management, career and succession management, executive onboarding and executive assessment for M&A transactions.
Earlier in her career, Niloofar worked with world renowned leadership expert Marshall Goldsmith as well as Right Management and The City of San Diego, primarily around leadership and team development, coaching and employee engagement.
Niloofar has a PhD. in dual Industrial Organizational and Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University and a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Irvine. Her dissertation research evaluated a large-scale distance coaching program that was awarded funding by the Foundation of Coaching as well as presented at the Conference Board and the Society of Consulting Psychology’s mid-winter conference. Niloofar is an active Affiliate of The Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School and a Member of the Leadership council of the Society of Consulting Psychology. Niloofar has just completed writing a chapter on distance coaching in Wiley-Blackwell’s Handbook of Coaching and Mentoring Psychology coming out in summer 2012.
