Neil started his career working as a psychologist for the British Military in 1995, where he specialized in large scale assessment and psychological profiling for specialist roles. In 1999, Neil moved to Scotland Yard to take up a position as Head of Profession for Psychology and worked as a managing consultant on a range of high profile assignments including debriefing the UK police response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. In 2005 he was awarded a prestigious Fulbright scholarship to undertake research in the US with the FBI and Washington D.C. Police Department. Following a sabbatical in 2006-07 to undertake aid work in Africa, Neil joined YSC in the USA. His areas of specialist interest include organizational change and development, organizational learning, creativity and innovation and executive coaching. Until May 2011, Neil was the Head of YSC on the East Coast. He then took on a global role focused on developing YSC’s client offerings, products and services. He works with a range of clients and industries including Pharma, Banking, Business Information, Logistics, Media, Oil and Gas, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Entertainment.
