Jeffrey is a Managing Consultant in YSC’s San Francisco office, with more than 20 years experience in talent development and talent strategy. Prior to YSC, Jeffrey worked for a global strategy consultancy and two global human resources consultancies, in addition to internal roles in health care and professional services. His work has focused primarily on building the leadership capability of individual leaders and leadership teams to deliver results, optimizing talent pipelines for mission-critical roles to ensure business continuity, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness. He has consulted extensively in technology, health care, pharmaceuticals, automotives, and other industry sectors. Jeffrey earned a Doctorate in Developmental Psychology from North Carolina State University, Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, Master of Arts from the University of Birmingham (England), and Bachelor of Arts in Writing from Queens College, City University of New York.
