With more than thirteen years’ experience in leadership development, differentiated learning, development of organizational culture, design and delivery of training for adult learners, and diversity management, Eric joined YSC in 2010. Previously, he served as the Director of Organizational Talent Management and Development for a public sector agency with more than 140,000 employees, where he was responsible for design and delivery of leadership development programs for senior managers and high potentials, including 360 feedback, executive coaching, facilitation of structured developmental experiences, training on enhancement of managerial and supervisory skill, and more. Eric is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and holds an MBA in Management & Organizational Behavior from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York, and a BA in American Studies and Peace & Justice Studies from Tufts University.
