Prior to joining YSC, Don led a consulting firm working with clients including Fortune 100 companies, organizations connected to the space program, and entrepreneurial start-ups. His areas of special interest include training design, organizational change, creating processes for capturing knowledge of key organization contributors, and building collaboration across teams and functions within organizations. He earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from Rice University, a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Texas, and post-graduate education at the National Training Laboratory (NTL) in organization development and process consultation.
