Dominic is a Senior Consultant in YSC’s Chicago office. Joining YSC in 2010, he brings extensive experience in training, career & performance management, leadership development, internal communications and team dynamics to the clients with whom he works. His interests include culture change, employee engagement, strategic thinking & planning, talent assessment, and team consultation. He has 10 years of organizational experience specializing in training and education, interpersonal communication, building and maintaining trust, and improving human performance. Before joining YSC, he worked in professional services, higher education, technology start-ups and advertising & marketing agencies. Dominic also co-founded an educational consultancy specializing in leadership development for Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations.
