Prior to joining YSC in 2007, Dennis worked for a US-based global human resources consultancy where he was a key contributor in building the Northeast Executive Assessment practice. His specialty areas include designing leadership models, running assessment & development centers as well as ‘profiling’ leaders for selection and development, from C-suite executives to mid-level managers. Dennis has extensive experience in 360 feedback and working with leadership teams on culture and change-related issues. Since entering the field 1991, his partnership with Fortune 100 companies includes an emphasis on the pharmaceutical, financial services, and energy sectors. His interests lie in developing high potential talent and the notion of ‘spike’ strengths. He is certified in a range of psychometrics and (shortly) as an executive coach.
