Angela is the Head of YSC’s Chicago office. Joining YSC in 2006, she brings extensive experience in talent strategy, leadership development, and team dynamics to the clients with whom she works. Her wide and varied interests include culture change, employee engagement, succession planning, talent benchmarking and assessment, and team consultation. She has 10 years of clinical and research experience specializing in interpersonal communication, building and maintaining trust, and improving the quality of relationships, both at home and at work. Before joining YSC, she worked in the Texas federal prison system, as well as a top US medical school where she provided assessment, individual coaching, and conducted group training.
