Prior to joining YSC, Andy had worked for three blue chip organizations in the energy, consumer goods and financial services sectors. His roles have spanned management development, organization development and HR roles. He has extensive experience in helping organizations to identify, assess and develop talent including the design and delivery of assessment and development centers. In his previous role, Andy led the Management & Leadership Development function of a global financial services organization. He has a particular interest in the assessment and development of leaders.
